After registration, all Buyers are kindly requested to collect their name badges along with the B2B Meeting Schedule Chart for 3rd & 4th January 2026.
This schedule will guide your pre-scheduled business meetings and is mandatory for participation in B2B sessions.
After Registration
Chambal Riverfront – East Side Visit (Nayapura, Kota)
After registration, all delegates and hosted buyers will proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of the Chambal Riverfront – East Side (Nayapura, Kota).

Post Lunch
Boat Ride on Chambal River
Post lunch, all delegates will:
• Board boats from the East Side
• Enjoy a cultural programme during the river cruise
• Disembark at the West Side Chambal Ghat

After breakfast at your respective hotels, all delegates, buyers, and sellers will proceed to the KHTM venue by arranged transportation

Please note that such arrangements will be subject to time availability and operational feasibility.

Familiarisation / Local Sightseeing (Subject to Time Availability)
As communicated earlier, local familiarisation tours will be arranged for Buyers if time permits, using the organizers' transportation.
📌 Special Note:
Oxyzone City Park itself is a beautiful attraction featuring boating and other recreational activities and forms an integral part of the sightseeing experience.
Buyers are kindly encouraged to explore the park, preferably in the evening, prior to the closing ceremony at MP Theatre.
